• To provide the code for your website designer to add the newsletter signup form to your website. Any new email addresses will be automatically added to your online subscriber list in your MailMaker123 account. No Charge
  

 
To create a subscriber list from an imported list of email addresses is no charge if the database is provided as one file in excel or csv format. If your data is from a number of sources and needs work we can create your database for you. An hourly charge of €50 applies. Usually a maximum of 3 to 4 hours should suffice.

Newsletter Design

There are 4 free newsletter templates available but most businesses prefer to have a template designed to reflect their business image.

The creation of a re-useable email newsletter template in line with your company branding costs from €290. This template would have links to your website, a link for email, links to your Facebook page, LinkedIn and Twitter as appropriate. See some examples here.

This template will be tested against popular spam filters and firewalls and tested for compatibility with all the major email clients. It includes an unsubscribe option necessary to be standards compliant.

Newsletter Delivery

As mentioned above you may choose between the cost effective monthly delivery rate and the Pay-as-You-Go option.

Monthly Rate:

For less than 500 subscribers the monthly rate is €42 for unlimited campaigns each month
For 500 to 2,500 subscribers the monthly rate is €84 for unlimited campaigns each month
For 2,500 to 5,000 subscribers the rate is €137 for unlimited campaigns each month
For 5,000 to 10,000 subscribers the rate is €227 per month again unlimited each month

Note: Please bear in mind that it is advisable to send regular newsletters, monthly is best. Using a monthly rate allows you to freely resend a campaign to those who didn't open it without bothering those that did! You can also send a targeted message to a small group or send a special offer to those subscribers who clicked on a particular link - all without worrying about extra charges.
This is how you can really harness the power of email marketing.

Pay-As-You-Go:·

Each campaign has a per campaign fee of €25 plus a volume charge as below:

• 10 cent per email for campaigns to less than 1,000
• 7 cent per email for campaigns between 1,000 and 5,000
• 5 cent per email for campaigns above 5,000

Example 1:

Database List of: 250 email addresses

• Pay-As-You-Go: 250 x 0.10c= €25 plus €25 campaign fee = €50 per campaign
• Fixed Monthly Payment: €42 per month (allowing unlimited campaigns) for a list of this size (agreement for 12 months).

Example 2:

Database List of: 3,000 email addresses

• Pay-As-You-Go: 3,000 x 0.07c = €210 plus €25 = €235 per campaign
• Fixed Monthly Payment: €137 per month (allowing unlimited campaigns) for a list of this size (agreement for 12 months).

Note: The system is designed to be 'self service' however we usually assist with the creation of the first campaign and offer a fully managed service for following campaigns for an additional €70 per campaign if required.
